Energy Efficient ICF Construction
MBI installs insulated concrete forms for basements and foundations. ICFs provides 2 layers of EPS foam wrapped around a concrete core for superior comfort, strength and value. A few of the benefits are:
- Insulation factor (R50 in walls)
- Fire resistant – 8” solid concrete wall
